Pesan Online
POS and online store SaaS for cafes and restaurants.
01The challenge
Cafes and small restaurants need a cashier, online ordering, and QRIS payments — but enterprise POS pricing and marketplace commissions do not fit a small shop. Owners end up juggling a cashier app, a separate ordering link, and manual payment checks, none of which talk to each other.
02What I built
A multi-tenant SaaS that gives every shop its own store on its own address: a web cashier, QR-code dine-in self-ordering, takeaway checkout, QRIS payments with automatic reconciliation, and an owner dashboard covering menus, outlets, staff roles, and reports. Higher tiers unlock a WhatsApp ordering gateway, loyalty, reservations, catering, and custom domains. One serverless deployment serves every tenant, resolved per domain, so a new shop can register, get verified, and start selling without anyone provisioning anything.
03The outcome
Pesan Online is live with real coffee shops and cafes running their cashier and online orders on it daily — including subscription billing that renews itself through QRIS, and storefronts that stay locked until the owner verifies the merchant. Shops onboard themselves; the platform runs itself.
